Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or engraved invitations
- Final sale or clearance items
Restocking Fee
No restocking fees will be charged for returned items.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns.
Refunds
- After receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photos may be requested to verify the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, unless production has already started for customized products.
Holiday Return Extension
During the holiday season, we may offer an extended return period. Please refer to our homepage or contact us for details.
